Holly’s unique talent began from a young age. After developing a passion for baking as a girl she found herself experimenting with recipes and making delicious treats whenever she had a spare moment.
Art has always been her forte. At 18 she completed an art foundation course at Chelsea College of Art and went on to study sculpture and ceramics, strengthening her eye for intricate detail and unknowingly developing a natural flare for sugar sculpting.
After a 4 year long career as a product designer she rediscovered her love for baking with strengthened skill and knowldege.
Her understanding of technical drawing and structure has enabled her to build and design edible works of art with unrivalled precision and excellence.
Holly has found her passion, having had a progressive 8 year long career in the cake industry, managing and developing some of the world’s leading cake companies such as Jane Asher and Peggy Porschen she has now founded her own company, Holly Andrews.
Holly’s unique aproach to her work ensures consistent quality, from the finest ingredients and most intricate detail. Every cake is a work of art with its unique craftsmanship, made with an abundance of love, time and care.
